Abstract :
In this paper, an experiment results verifying
Al-Amr principle(v.r=C) is presented, the constant C is
determined , by following a method similar to Millikan's
in his experiment for determining Planck's constant . In
this experiment, general relativity is tested, and the
critical curvature of space-time (or the maximal
universal acceleration) is obtained.
