Abstract :
The objectives of this study were: 1) to
develop instructional leadership indicators, 2) to
examine the goodness of fit for the structural model of
instructional leadership indicators with the empirical
data, and 3) to propose guidelines for the instructional
leadership indicators, as developed with the empirical
data. There were 728 samples. Data were collected using
a rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics included
mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, GFI. And AGFI.
