Abstract :
Nowadays, due to the primary importance of
teachers in improving the quality of education, nations
around the world not only pay great attention to the
building of a policy system for teachers but also try to
institutionalize policies into various legal documents
related to teachers. On the basis of clarifying the current
practice of laws on teachers in the world, and going into
some specific teachers laws, this article pointed out the
necessity of promulgating teachers law
