To Study the Implementation of Women’s Safety Device in Crucial Situations

Abstract: The concern for the safety of women is a legitimate issue and crime rates against women are significantly rising. The main purpose of this research is to introduce a guard for women safety. A women's safety device called Shakthi band has been proposed that can be used as an emergency device for girls who are in potential danger of being attacked. The device is connected to a mobile app that contains a sign in and sign-up page, home page, a camera page, a map, and all the real time data being transmitted. The activation of this device sends the instant location with a distress message to the police preset numbers and the local police stations. Along with a distress message, this device records the audio and video of the situation. These utilities will be able to assist the authorities or the relatives to extract the data after a crime scenario involving the user. In case of fatalities, the bracelet and app’s facilities will assist you to extract information and the audio and video recordings to do justice to the woman/girl and help the police identify the assailant and catch them.
