Abstract: Filipino professionals in Qatar have a variety of problems which includes families and relationships. OFWs work far from home, isolated from the community and having inevitable midlife crisis. This study focuses on achieving a complete understanding on the struggles of male professionals undergoing a midlife crisis while in Qatar. Method: This paper made use of a phenomenological design to understand the experiences of the participants relative to the central question: “What are the fundamental crises of Filipino professionals in Qatar as they experience the occurrence of midlife transition and ageing?” Data were gathered through a semi-structured interview, and were analyzed using an inductive approach in theme development. Findings: The findings describe the relationships between the men experiencing the midlife phenomenon and several facets of their life being affected by the event. Conclusion: A midlife crisis is an intensive transition into old age that comes with many disadvantages. However going through this midlife crunch can be a bit more bearable with not only acknowledgment of aging but also the several changes in lifestyle and relationships. Recommendations: To cure the crunch, acknowledgement of the changes in lifestyle patterns can help you find a way to move. You need to figure out your essence, in turn taking time to reevaluate yourself and your actions
