The Influence of Training, Compensation, and Career Development on Employee Job Satisfaction and Sustainable Employee Performance at Prolindo Group Companies

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to identify and explain the effect of training, compensation, and career development on sustainable employee performance, with employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable (case study: Prolindo Group). This research is a quantitative study of 103 Prolindo Group employees. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling where the sample is 103 permanent employees. The sources are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used by SEM-PLS with SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software.(4) Partial compensation has no effect and is not significant on employee job satisfaction; and (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating training, compensation and career development on sustainable employee performance.(4) Partial compensation has no effect and is not significant on employee job satisfaction; and (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating training, compensation, and career development on sustainable employee performance.(4) Partial compensation has no effect and is not significant on employee job satisfaction; and (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating training, compensation, and career development on sustainable employee performance.
