Abstract: One of the most significant components in achieving company success is employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of talent management and Work Life Balance on employee performance at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani, using Employee Engagement as an intervening medium and an employee population dominated by the millennial generation. This study's population consists of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani employees under the age of 42 in the Jakarta metropolitan area.According to the findings of this study: 1) Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on millennial employee performance; 2) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on millennial employee performance; 3) Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on millennial employee engagement. 4) Work-Life Balance has a positive and statistically significant effect on millennial employee engagement; 5) Employee engagement has a positive and statistically significant effect on millennial employee performance.
