Abstract: This study aims to find out and explain the effect of work spirit and competence on motivation and its implementation on work productivity. Respondents 98 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation dimensions between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results of the study show that: (1) work morale and competence both partially and simultaneously influence work motivation; (2) work morale, competence and motivation both partially and simultaneously affect productivity; (3) motivation does not mediate the effects of work and competence on productivity.
