Abstract: This study aims to determine and clarify the effect of Self-Awareness and, Work Environment on Training and its implementation on Employee Performance. Respondents 95 employees (entire population). Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis (SmartPls 3.0 software) and correlation matrix between dimensions (SmartPls 3.0 software). The results of the study show that: (1 Self-Awareness and Work Environment both partially and simultaneously affect training; (2) Self-Awareness, Work Environment and Training both partially and simultaneously affect Employee Performance; (3) Training mediates the influence Self-Awareness and Work Environment on Employee Performance. Based on the analysis of the correlation matrix between dimensions, to increase Self-Awareness, which has a positive correlation with Training, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of Self-Confidence and to be the same as Employee Performance, Self-Confidence too. To improve the Work Environment, which has a positive correlation with Training it is recommended to increase the dimensions of the Intermediary Work Environment, for and Employee Performance it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimension of the Direct Work Environment. Meanwhile, to improve training, which has a positive correlation with employee performance, it is recommended to maintain and improve the dimensions of evaluation.
