The research investigated the preferences of 375 members who have purchased the supplement repeatedly mainly to maintain their body health. Through structured interviews and questionnaires, the study found that members' satisfaction was not influenced by the profitt system, but trust in the product and social group influence were the main drivers affecting multi-level marketing members' satisfaction with the supplement.
