Abstract: The hypothesis in this study shows that, There is a positive influence of Intellectual Capital (VAIC™) on the financial performance of the hospital, there is a positive influence of Intellectual Capital (VAIC™) on the future financial performance of the hospital, There is a positive effect on the average Intellectual Capital (ROGIC) growth on the future financial performance of the hospital.
