Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the role of compensation and job satisfaction on increasing employee productivity at Jasindo Insurance head office mediating by motivational variables. The research method uses a quantitative approach and the population in this study are all employees of Jasindo Insurance head office, amounting to 378 people. Sample selection was done by simple random sampling technique (Slovin 10% error tolerance) so that 80 respondents were selected. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was delivered randomly to employees of the Jasindo Insurance head office. Data were analyzed using structural equation models (SEM) with Smart PLS software program version 3.2.8.
