Supply Chain Performance Measurement in NS Bluescope Indonesia in Area of Customer Demand with the Scor and AHP Approach

Abstract: Nowadays competition of company is growth, each company not only competition on quality, price, and after sales service, but also on supply chain strategies. Supply chain is part of an integral process and strategies of the company. Supply chain is one of company activities with a huge cost. PT. NS BlueScope Indonesia already have a supply chain performance measurement, but on still based on function only, they didn't have overall measurement so can't take a picture how supply chain performance and they need a more comprehensive performance measurement and integration of each KPI . Approaching with the SCOR method is possible to get a better performance measurement. SCOR use a clear process mapping the method will extract the process in three level process reengineering, benchmarking, and process measurement. In measurement stage the process will be break down into five functions which is plan, source, make, deliver and return. This research will include AHP process for decide the priority number of KPI and impacted to supply chain performance. The result of this research is found the five main process with 28 KPIs will be impacted to supply chain performance the research has found PT. NS BlueScope Indonesia supply chain performance is 88.14 from 0 - 100 scale and this research has found if PT. NS BlueScope Indonesia needs to improve on forecast accuracy, warehouse utilization, raw material aging rate, technical holding time, and CO input lateness and error. The result of this research is found the five main process with 28 KPIs will be impacted to supply chain performance the research has found PT.
