Abstract: Febrile seizures occurs between the age of six and sixty months with a temperature of 38°C (100.4°F) or higher, and are not due to central nervous system infection or any metabolic imbalance, and which occur in the absence of history of prior afebrile seizures1 A simple febrile seizure is a primary generalized, most often tonic–clonic, attack along with fever, lasting for a maximum of 15 minutes, and not recurrent within a 24-hour period.
