Abstract: Urinary incontinence is a common and distressing problem among females, which has a devastating impact on their quality of life. Objective: To identify the prevalence of urinary incontinence and its associated risk factors among three months postpartum women registered under the Colombo Municipal Council, Sri Lanka. Method: A crosssectional descriptive study was carried out in 14 MOH clinics registered under Colombo Municipal Council. Three months postpartum women between ages 18 -45 were recruited consecutively until the sample size of 420 was achieved.
