In fact, East Java as a strategic province for investment is a magnet for investors, specifically for those who want to develop business in eastern Indonesia. This study applies the theory of asset management popularized by Siregar (2004). In asset management theory, five fundamental activities are mentioned: inventory, legal audit, valuation, optimization and development of asset management information
