Abstract: Anemia is caused by nutritional deficiencies of nutrients that play a role in the formation of hemoglobin, either because of lack of consumption or due to impaired absorption.Nutrients in meantion are iron, protein, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), which acts as a catalyst in the synthesis of heme in the hemoglobin molecule, vitamin C may affect the absorption and release of iron from transferrin into the body tissues, and vitamin E that affects red blood cell membrane stability
