Abstract: In this article, we will explore the key aspects of inclusive teacher training programs, including their goals, curriculum, and impact on school culture. We will draw insights from several reference articles, such as “Inclusive teaching: preparing all teachers to teach all students” by the Global Education Monitoring Report Team, “Inclusive Education prepares highly trained educators” by a New Jersey-based program, “Consider our innovative and practical training for inclusive education” by Inclusive Solutions, and “DEI Training to Positively Impact School Culture” by an organization focused on diversity learning. By synthesizing information from these sources, we will provide a comprehensive overview of inclusive teacher training programs and their significance in creating inclusive learning environments.
