Abstract: Quality of TB care is the main aim of WHO TBIC guidelines. But there is an aberration from these standards in TB care resulting in delayed diagnosis, treatment and decreased patient adherence to the therapy. The objective of this study was to check the applicability, identify noncompliance parameters to that of TBIC guidelines and recommend the improvements in health care facilities.
