Abstract: This study examines the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of BPN Makassar City employees. This research is included in the type of explanatory research that is nonexperimental. The population in this study was 61 employees of the National Land Agency of Makassar city, while the sample size was as large as the total population, namely: 61 employees. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the National Land Agency in Makassar City.
