Abstract: This study aims to explore the direct and indirect effects of Cash Conversion Cycle on Financial Performance with Debt as moderating variables of Regional Public Service Agencyfor the 2014 – 2018 periods. The research method used in this research is quantitative methods. The sample of this study was 6 hospitals. The analysis in this study uses Eview analysis 10.The results of the analysis show that Cash Conversion Cycle affects directly Financial Performance and debt can moderate the Cash Conversion Cycle on Financial Performance
