Abstract:
Waste management is a critical global issue,
with Nigeria facing its own challenges in this area. With
a population exceeding 200 million people, Nigeria
generates vast amounts of waste daily, posing significant
environmental and health hazards if not properly
managed. However, amidst these challenges, innovative
waste recycling practices are emerging, aiming to
promote sustainability and address environmental
concerns. This article explores Nigeria's current state of
waste recycling, its challenges, and promissing
initiatives.
