Abstract: Yoga therapy has emerged as a valuable complementary approach in supporting cancer patients, addressing their physical, psychological, and social well- being. This paper offers a summary of the advantages and methods of yoga therapy for cancer patients, highlighting its role in empowering healing. The physical benefits include improving strength, flexibility, and managing treatment side effects, while the psychological benefits encompass reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Socially, yoga therapy fosters a supportive community and a positive outlook. The effectiveness of yoga therapy is supported by case studies and research findings, and the role of yoga therapy in integrative cancer care is investigated. This paper aims to underscore understanding the significance of incorporating yoga therapy into cancer care and empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey.
