Abstract: Background: Low level of “Mental Health Literacy” is the leading source of the global crisis in mental health. It yields a state full of misconceptions stigmatization and a lack of health-seeking behaviour which is worsening the global mental health burden. Desperate efforts have been very urgent today, to arrange various awareness programs. “Mental Health First Aid” is one of them that originated from Australia and spread over many countries. The protocol is aimed at examining the efficacy of “Mental Health First Aid” programme for enhancing “Mental Health Literacy” among people. Materials and Methods: Systematic reviews will examine randomized and non-randomized control trials. PRISMA will be followed in this review (Prospero Registration No. CRD4202344034) and PubMed, CINHAL, and Science Direct will be searched. This systematic review will search 2000–2023 studies. The JBI clinical appraisal checklist for randomized and non-randomized control trials will evaluate study quality. Included studies will meet inclusive criteria like English-language publication. Results: A comprehensive analysis of the selected literature will be executed, and the findings will be presented in a narrative summary that includes statistical data. Conclusion: This review aims to determine the efficacy of “Mental Health First Aid” training in enhancing “Mental Health Literacy” among individuals. Trial Registration: Prospero Registration No- CRD42023440341.
