Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Electronic Word of Mouth, Web Quality, Trust, and Purchasing Decisions. The object of this research Matahari.com, and the number of sample determined is 280 respondents using a calculation method based on theory Hair formula multiplied by 5. Sampling convenience method, date collection method using questionnaire, and analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study are known that the Quality of Service affects Purchasing Decisions, Electronic Word of Mouth affects Purchasing Decisions, Web Quality affects Purchasing Decisions, Trust affects Purchasing Decisions.
