On the other hand, poor logistics performance can lead to dissatisfied customers, damage the store's reputation, and negatively impact the store's success. This article explores the effect of logistics performance on the store's image and customers' satisfaction and provides insights into how retail stores can optimize their logistics systems to enhance their success.
