Abstract: Transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block and local infiltration anesthesia in post-operative wound have been reported to be an effective analgesia methods for post-caesarean section patients. There is still no study that investigate the influence of these analgesic methods toward post-operative wound healing. Nevertheless, recent studies showed that neutrophillymphocyte ratio (NLR) could be a discriminative marker to assess the severity of stress and inflammation, and to predict the post-operative wound healing.
