Abstract: The purpose of this study aims to analyze the important factors to increase tourist satisfaction at Travel Honey Bee Scout Park. Questionnaires were given to tourists who have visited Beehive Tourism Park for the last five years, obtained 210 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data processed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results confirm that; eWOM and Travel Motivation have a positive but not significant effect on visiting decisions. Tourist Attraction has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions; eWOM and Travel Motivation have a positive and insignificant effect on tourist satisfaction; Tourist Attraction has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction; Visiting Decisions have a positive and significant impact on Tourist Satisfaction. Tourist Attraction is the variable that has the greatest influence on Tourist Satisfaction.
