Abstract: Epidemiological evidence indicates that plant derived flavonoids and other phenolic antioxidants can be used to treat cancers. Curcumin is one such flavonoid that is considerably more effective than other phenolic antioxidants; it is a potent drug against many diseases other than cancer.
