Abstract: Breast cancer (BC) is a heterogeneous disorder and is a major health related concern. Certain breast cancer indicators, such as the proliferative marker ki67 index, can also help predict the clinical prognosis of this complex malignancy. This study aims to find correlation between ki67proliferativeindex,with the histological subtype of breast cancer in the neoadjuvant setting. This study finds significant correlation between Ki67and Histological grade. Those who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy with grade II histological grade had complete pathological remission.
