Abstract: Many improvements to the connection between government and citizens are brought about by ICT evaluation. Through e-government websites, ICT has given citizens a new way to interact with the government at any time and from any location. In order to assess the maturity of e-Government and the advancements the Congolese government is making towards the supply of e- services, this paper evaluates the current condition of e- government websites in the Democratic Republic of Congo using the United Nations Maturity Model of Online development. The outcome demonstrated that Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) e-government websites is in the infancy stage as it performs well in the first stage, relatively well in the second stages, but achieve very little or nothing at the third and fourth stages.
