Abstract: A mental disorder is a disease that causes mild to severe disturbances in thought and/or behavior, resulting in an inability to cope with life’s ordinary demands and routines. Aim- The study aims to assess the knowledge regarding mental disorder among housekeeping staff in selected hospital. Material and methods A quantitative research approach, descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Total 30 samples obtain from housekeeping staff selected by using Non probability convenient sampling technique was used. The Data was analysed by using the descriptive and inferential statistics structured questionnaires.
