Abstract: The optimization of the incremental sheet metal forming parameters for the Cupro-Nickel (90/10) alloy using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)- DENG'S Similarity Based method is presented in this paper. Experimental investigation on the formability of Cupro-Nickel sheet metal led to an increase in the forming limit during the Single-Point-IncrementalForming-Process (SPIF). The major and minor strain values were measured after the Straight Groove Test (SGT) which was conducted along the three standard directions. The multiple-criteria decision-making is a well-organized optimization methodology which quantifies the intricate findings that give us the individual preferences for a different course of action. Deng's method for the multi-criteria approach in which the priorities were required to rank the best forming parameters of SPIF combined with the AHP. It aids in determining the decision-makers' final understanding of the issue and helps them find the best solution to achieve their objective. The operational parameters for forming are optimised, and the value that ranks highest is chosen for fracture analysis and reported.
