Abstract :
The education sector in Bangladesh faces
significant challenges in aligning with the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG4, which
aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education.
This article explores the current state of project
management and coordination in the education sector,
analyzing various initiatives aimed at enhancing
educational facilities and outcomes. Through a
comparative analysis of key projects, the study identifies
successes, challenges, and recommendations for
improving project management practices to achieve
SDG4.
