Abstract :
Malaria remains one of the major public health
problems. However, heterozygous individuals for S-gene
experience some protection from malaria infections. Various
explanations of the mechanism of this protection have been
offered, but the investigation of the effects of malaria treatment
among individuals of different genotypes is not common.
Keywords :
Malaria, S-gene frequency, Treatment, Mathematical model, Existence and Uniqueness of Solution.
