Abstract :
This study comprises the development and
evaluation of an in-situ gelling liquid dosage form of an
anti-hypertensive drug. The anti-hypertensive drug
used is Amlodipine Besylate (ADB) a long acting
calcium channel blocker used for the management of
angina and hypertension; the life-threatening conditions
require immediate relief.
